- Personalised plans: Written habit frameworks customised to your schedule and lifestyle, delivered as a document or structured PDF.
- Educational programs (multi-week): Structured learning programs delivered as written modules, worksheets, and periodic check-in sessions over a defined timeframe.
- Downloadable educational products: Individual guides, templates, or reference documents available for immediate download after purchase.
The applicable refund terms differ between these categories and are described in the sections below.
3. Right of Withdrawal Under Norwegian Law
Under the Norwegian Consumer Contracts Act (Angrerettloven) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers in Norway and the EEA have a statutory right of withdrawal — commonly known as a "cooling-off period" — for contracts concluded at a distance (including online purchases).
For most service contracts, you have 14 calendar days from the date of contract conclusion (typically the purchase date) to withdraw without giving a reason. For contracts involving digital content, the 14-day withdrawal period applies unless delivery has begun with your explicit prior consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost upon commencement of delivery.

If you have not waived your right of withdrawal and a withdrawal request is received within 14 days of purchase and before service delivery has commenced, a full refund will be issued.
4. Refund Eligibility — General Criteria
Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, we also consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered: If a service you have paid for was not delivered due to an error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund or rescheduling, at your preference.
- Significant deviation from description: If the service or product delivered differs substantially and materially from the description provided at the time of purchase.
- Technical failure preventing access: If a digital product or program module could not be accessed due to a technical fault on our platform, we will provide a corrected version or a refund for the affected content.
Refund requests based solely on personal preference — such as deciding that the educational content is not what you were expecting after access has been provided — will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, balancing our obligation to deliver agreed services with fair customer treatment.
5. Digital Products and Downloadable Materials
For downloadable educational materials (guides, templates, PDFs), refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- If you have not yet downloaded the product, you retain your right of withdrawal for 14 days from the purchase date.
- If you have downloaded the product and explicitly consented at checkout to waiving your right of withdrawal upon delivery, we are generally unable to offer a refund.
- If the file was inaccessible, corrupted, or significantly different from its description, please contact us immediately and we will provide a replacement or a refund.
In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been fully delivered with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement of loss of the right of withdrawal.
6. Consulting Sessions
For one-on-one consulting and guidance sessions, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:
- Cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: Full refund issued or the session may be rescheduled at no charge.
- Cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the session: 50% refund issued, or a credit for rescheduling, at your preference.
- Cancelled less than 24 hours before the session, or a no-show: No refund is available. The session may not be rescheduled without a new booking fee.
- Cancelled by Strengthdetoxify: If we need to cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full rescheduling or full refund, at your preference.
These terms are applied fairly and we take account of genuine extenuating circumstances. If you are unable to attend due to an unexpected emergency, please contact us as early as possible.
7. Structured Programs and Multi-Week Plans
For structured educational programs (e.g., four-week, eight-week, or twelve-week frameworks), refund terms are as follows:
- Within 14 days of purchase, before any module access: Full refund under the right of withdrawal.
- Within 14 days of purchase, after partial access: A proportional refund may be considered based on the proportion of the program not yet delivered.
- After 14 days but within the first week of program commencement: A partial refund representing the undelivered portion of the program, minus an administrative fee, may be considered at our discretion.
- After the first week of program commencement: Refunds are generally not available for the portion of the program already delivered.
Cancellation of an ongoing program means access to future modules may be discontinued. Any content already delivered or accessible at the time of cancellation is not subject to a refund.
8. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and the email address used for the purchase
- A description of the product or service purchased
- The date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request
- Whether you are invoking your statutory right of withdrawal or requesting a discretionary refund

9. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The timeline for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:
- Credit/debit card payments: Typically 5–10 business days from the date of approval, depending on your card issuer.
- Bank transfer: Typically 2–5 business days from the date of approval.
- Other payment methods: Timelines will be communicated at the time of refund approval.
We do not charge any fees for processing approved refunds. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer are outside our control.

We recognise that unusual situations arise. We will always try to find a fair resolution for genuine cases, including:
- Serious illness or family emergency affecting your ability to participate in a purchased program
- Technical issues on our end that prevented proper delivery
- Significant miscommunication about the nature or scope of a service at the point of sale
In these cases, we may offer alternatives to a monetary refund, such as a credit towards a future service, a rescheduled session, or access to equivalent alternative content.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under Norwegian consumer protection law, including the Consumer Contracts Act or the Sales of Goods Act (Kjøpsloven) as applicable. If our services fail to meet the agreed standard, you have legal rights that this policy cannot remove.
